A platter of Fresh Grilled Herring, Deep Fried Tiger Prawns with a Sweet Chilli Dip, Smoked Eel and Scottish Salmon Mousse

Comprising of a platter of Turbot pan fried with Sage & Malt Whisky, Halibut grilled with Fresh Lime, Sea Bass with a Pepper & Brandy Cream Sauce. Fresh Fillets of Hake poached with Onions, Garlic & Tomatoes

Served with New Potatoes and a choice of Salad or Vegetables
